Andrew Rafaleowski (Louisiana College, Cedar Valley CC, BRCC)
Andrew "Waffle" Rafaleowski enters his second summer as the league Senior Advisory Coach and Vice President of the RSCBL. Andrew previously served in assistant and head coaching roles in the league in 2013 and 2014.
Coach Rafaleowski is a native of Pineville, LA but spent much of his childhood in Baton Rouge where he graduated from Robert E. Lee High School where he was a catcher on the Lee High Rebels varsity baseball team. He went on to play catcher at Baton Rouge Community College in the 2007-2008 season. He then transfered to Cedar Valley CC in Lancaster, TX where he was a catcher for the Suns baseball team in 2008-2009 season. He played one more season of college baseball at Lousiana College in 2009-2010. He later completed his under graduate education in 2013 at Southereastern Lousiana University.
Coach Rafaleowski has been coaching and instructing in the Baton Rouge area since he finished his collegiate playing career in 2009. He served as the pitching and catchers coach for Baton Rouge Community College in 2010-2011, he served under the apprenticeship of Bill Daily at Pitch-by-Pitch Baseball Academy from 2010-2012 where he was an assistant hitting instructor and summer baseball coordinators for various 17s and 19s teams. He owned and operated his own Baton Rouge Thunderducks tournament team high school and collegiate teams. He was the assistant coach for the Baton Rouge White sox under head coach Ronnie Rantz in 2010. Coach Rafaleowski is currently a player manager of the RSABL Dodgers in the RSABL Men's baseball league while assisting in other RSABL organizational efforts.
Coach Rafaleowski resides in Denham Springs, LA with wife Darah Rafaleowski , daughter Gracie, and son Gunner.
